Interview and job search
Prepare for an interview, review what happened or plan a follow-up using a stage-specific checklist and optional I Ching reflection. No birth details or job-offer predictions.
What happens after you ask?
Start with one question. The default Mei Hua reading uses the time you submit, without birth details. The result keeps its method and boundaries; the separate checklist helps organize real-world evidence. Add context or switch methods only when needed.
No hiring probability or offer date is predicted. Rely on formal communication from the employer.
Focus on what you can prepare or verify now
This is a Xuanshu-authored interview checklist, adapted to the stage you select. It does not infer the employer’s decision from a chart.
- Keep the stage unspecified:Name the specific task you want to work on: preparation, review or waiting for next steps.
- Preparing for the interview:Confirm the role requirements, interview format, time and location, including materials or equipment you need.
- Reviewing the interview:Record the questions, your answers and anything left incomplete while your memory is fresh.
- Waiting for an update:Check the agreed response date, contact channel and any outstanding materials.
Questions and limits
Can this predict whether I will pass the interview?
No. Traditional reflection cannot replace role requirements, actual performance or the employer’s decision. The result is not a hiring probability.
Why are no birth details required?
This is a specific event. The default reading uses the moment you ask. Your interview stage and actual feedback are more directly relevant, and can be added when you choose.
Does a follow-up change the original chart?
Follow-up keeps the chart and changes only the question and focus. The same rules may produce the same reading. The practical checklist changes when you select another interview stage.
